Liz posted 7-1-98 Tuna Sherry Caper 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese 3 Tblsp mayonnaise 5 Tblsp California sherry 2 (6 or 7 oz) cans chunk-style tuna 3 Tblsp capers 3 Tblsp chopped parsley 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp each garlic salt and onion salt dash of tabasco sauce paprika Mash cheese with fork. Blend in mayonnaise. Gradually blend in sherry, beating until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heal in bowl. Chill several hours. Dust with paprika. Serve as a dip with chips, melba toast, crackers, or raw vegetables. Makes about 3 cups.
