Caramel Apples
6 apples
6 sticks
14 oz bag caramels
2 tbsp water
Punch sticks into apples. Unwrap caramels. Place in a saucepan with water, heat over medium heat until melted. Swirl apples in melted caramel, using a spoon to help coat the apples. Place on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet. Allow to sit for 25 minutes for caramel to harden.

You can roll the apples in crushed cookies, crackers, top with sprinkles or drizzle melted chocolate on them to make them fancier, if desired.
