Caramel Apple Salad
Serves 4
1 small package instant butterscotch pudding
20-oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
4 cups green apples, cored and sliced
1 cup salted peanuts
8 oz. prepared whipping cream
Add dry pudding mix to undrained pineapple and mix well.
Add apples and peanuts and fold in prepared whipped cream.
Serve immediately or refrigerate to store.
