Fried Apples

2 Tablespoons Butter
12 ounces Apples, canned, sliced
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the other ingredients. Heat slowly until the apples are tender and the sauce has thickened. Serve warm.

Serves 2-4
