Maple Nut Crunch
4-5 large sweet, crisp apples, grated (such as Fuji)
1-2 carrots, grated
1 small yam, peeled and grated
1/8 - 1/4 c pure maple syrup
1/2 - 3/4 c sliced almonds
Mix it all together well.
