Apple Pork Curry

2 lb. Lean pork, cut into -- 1/2" Cubes
1 Apple Peeled and chopped
1 small Onion -- chopped
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
1 tsp Concentrated chicken broth
1 tbl. Curry powder
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Ground ginger
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Orange juice


In slowcooker, combine the above ingredients. Cover and cook on low 5 or 6 hours or until pork is tender.

Turn pot on high. In a measuring cup, combine 2 Tbs. cornstarch and 2 Tbs. cold water. Stir into pork mixture. Cover and cook until thick. Serve over rice and pass around peanuts, coconut, raisins, and chutney as condiments.
