Banana Split Dessert
24 low-fat graham crackers
2 small sugar-free vanilla INSTANT pudding
3 cups skim milk, plus 1 1/2 cups skim milk
12 ounces lite whipped topping, thawed
2 small sugar-free banana INSTANT pudding
1 (16 ounce) crushed pineapple , Drained
3-4 bananas (more if you want)
Place 8 crackers in a 13x9 pan. Mix vanilla pudding with 3 cups skim milk, let sit 2 minutes. Stir in drained crushed pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Pour half over graham crackers. Slice bananas over this.
Top with 8 more crackers, then rest of pudding mixture. Top this layer with sliced strawberries.
Put the last 8 crackers over this. Mix the banana pudding with remaining 1 1/2 cups milk. Spread this over top layer of crackers. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate at least 6 hour or overnight.
