4 small to medium bananas
1 sheet frozen puff pastry - cut into 4 squares
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 200 degrees c (400 degrees F)
Place each banana on a square of pastry. Sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon. Roll pastry and seal well. Place on baking tray. Brush over with egg wash and a light sprinkling of the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake until pastry is golden brown.
Serve immediately with whipped cream or vanilla custard.
Don't make ahead of time, as they become too sticky if left standing for any time.
