Bananas Foster
4 bananas (not too ripe)
8 Tbsp. butter
8 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. rum
4 tsp. banana liqueur
Cut bananas into 4 pieces. Cook in sugar and butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir gently to be sure each piece is cooked thoroughly. When fruit is tender, pour in rum, liqueur, then flame. Serve over vanilla ice cream. Serves 4
