Toasted Bananas

1 large firm, ripe banana
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 flour tortillas
2 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 cup milk
Chocolate sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Peel banana and cut lengthwise in half. Coat banana in lemon juice to prevent browning. Place each slice at one end of tortilla.

In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle sugar mixture over banana, reserving some for later. Carefully, roll tortilla and secure with toothpick. Brush tortilla lightly with milk and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top.

Place on well-greased baking dish and bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately. If desired, serve chocolate sauce with toasted banana.
