Fresh Blackberry Pie
1 baked and cooled pie shell
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Blackberry Jello
4-5 cups berries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cool Whip
Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add dry Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Cool.
Pile berries in cooled pie shell in a mound. Drizzle Jello mixture over berries and refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip
*Also can use other fruit or berries using matching Jello. i.e. Peaches/peach Jello, Strawberries/strawberry Jello
