Patchwork Quilt Country Inn Creamy Blueberry Salad

1 package raspberry gelatin -- 6 oz
2 cups water -- boiling
1 1/2 cups water and ice -- cold
1 can crushed pineapple -- 8 oz
2 cups blueberries or 2 cups canned blueberry pie filling
1 package cream cheese -- 8 oz softened
1 carton dairy sour cream -- 8 oz
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup pecans -- coarsely chopped

In a bowl, mix gelatin and boiling water till combined. Add ice water, stirring till ice melts. Stir in undrained pineapple and berries. Transfer to a 13x9x2-inc h dish. Chill till set.

In bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.

Makes 10 to 12 side-dish servings.
