Black Raspberry Cobbler
4 cups black raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup milk
1 T sugar
1 T melted butter
Combine raspberries, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; mix and boil 1 minute. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
In a small mixing bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, sugar and butter.
Stir just until combined, don't over mix. Drop by spoonfuls on hot
fruit. Bake in a preheated 400 oven 15-20 minutes or
until golden brown.
Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and milk.
