Christmas Jello Mold
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (8 serving size) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (refridgerated)
1 cup cold orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections drained (refridgerated)
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large nonmetal bowl, using a nonmetal spoon until completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold juice and cinnamon. Refrigerate in mixing bowl until thickened about 1 hour.
Stir in drained mandarin oranges. Pour into a well greased (non stick cooking spray) 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours until firm. Unmold and garnish with extra mandarin oranges and mint leaves.
