Cranberry Apple Streusel Bars

2 cups plus 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
2/3 cup butter or margarine softened
1 can (12 ounces) apple pie filling
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 13 x 9 by 2 inch baking pan, set aside.

In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Remove 1/2 cup mixture; set aside. Press remaining mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine apple filling, cranberry sauce, grated orange peel and remaining flour and cinnamon. Spread evenly over crust in pan and sprinkle with reserved flour mixture.
