Quick Cooking Nov/Dec 2001
2 c (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 dried cranberries
2/3 c cashews
Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan or microwave oven. Stir in the cranberries and cashews. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Let stand until set.
Makes about 2 dozen pieces.
