Fresh Cranberry Relish

4 cups (1 lb.) fresh cranberries
2 medium sized red apples, unpeeled and cored
1 large orange, quartered and pitted
2/3 cup honey


Wash cranberries, drain, and remove stems. Alternately put cranberries, apples,and orange quarters through coarse blade of food chopper, or blender. Blend in honey, combine thoroughly. Refrigerate covered, several hours or overnight. Yield- 1 quart
