Cranapple Sauce
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
Combine ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook until cranberry skins pop, then reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or to desired thickness. Good with poultry, ham or pork. Makes about 2 cups.
