Cranberry Waldorf Salad
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. miniature marshmallows
4 c. fresh cranberries, ground
4 cups tart apples, diced
2 c. seedles grapes
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Add sugar and marshmallows to ground cranberries; refrigerate overnight. Fold in apples, grapes, nuts, salt, and whipped cream. Chill and serve.
Try sweetening the cream with 1/4 c. sugar and serve in a pretty bowl.
