Elderberry Cream Pie
(Pennsylvania Dutch Pie Crust)

1 1/2 cups elderberries
1 cup whipping cream -- unwhipped
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar

Pie Crust:
3 cups flour
1 1/4 cup shortening
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg

Mix together. Pour into pie crust. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until brown.

Pie Crust: Cut together flour, salt and shortening. Mix together and add to flour mixture, water, vinegar and egg. Roll out dough and bake as pie recipe directs.
