Peach Ice Cream Soda
Recipe By: A Midwest Gardener's Cookbook
2 medium peaches
2 tablespoons sugar
club soda
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Peel, pit and crush peaches. Stir in sugar, then divide peach mixture among 4 tall glasses. Add ice cream and fill with club soda. Stir to blend. Serves 4.
