Mandarin Orange Fruit Salad
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin (or orange)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges (with juice)
1 can (22 oz.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 bag (19 oz.) minature marshmallows
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheddar
1 med. carton Cool Whip
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add oranges and pineapple (including juices). Pour in a 2 qt. dish. Spread marshmallows over top of warm mixture. Cool and chill until firm.
Mix topping and mayonnaise. Spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and chill 2 hours or longer.
