Mandarin Orange Bread

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons soda
1 1/2 cups Quick Oats
2 (11 ounce) cans Mandarin Oranges un-drained
1 (3 ounce) package orange jello
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine eggs and sugar, beat about 2 minutes until light. Sift flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture; blend til smooth about 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans or 3 disposable loaf pans.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pans immediately. Allow to stand 24 hours before slicing.
