Pickled Mango
2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup Hawaiian salt
4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
6 cups water
2 Tbsp. red food coloring
1/2 tsp. five spice
5 cups sliced green mango
Mix and boil all ingredients, except mangoes. Cool and pour in jar with mangoes. Refrigerate.
