Mango Salsa

1 1/2 cups chopped mango
1 small clove garlic
1/2 jalapenno -- seeded and minced
1 1/2 teaspoons minced cilantro
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; set aside. Combine sugar and remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour over mango mixture. Cover and chill. Makes 1-3/4 cups
