Fruit Salad

1 (20-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 large firm bananas, cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1 Cup green grapes
1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 golden Delicious apple, sliced
1 Red Delicious apple, sliced
1/2 Cup sugar
2 Tb cornstarch
1/3 Cup orange juice
1 Tb lemon juice


Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine the pineapple, grapes, oranges and apples in a bowl, set aside.

In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice; stir until smooth. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, cool awhile. Pour over fruit; mix gently. Cover & refrigerate until serving. Makes 10 servings
