Hot Fruit Casserole
Source of Recipe- R. L. Dean, Terral, Oklahoma

1 can (about 20 oz) sliced pineapple, drained and halved
1 can (about 20 oz.) cling peaches, drained
1 jar spiced apples, drained
1 can (about 20 oz.) pears, drained
1 can about 20 oz.) apricots, drained
1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sherry

Arrange fruits in large casserole dish. Mix butter, sugar, flour and sherry in top of double boiler; heat until mixture is as thick as cream. Pour over fruits; refrigerate overnight. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
