Mango Orange Smoothie (Fat Free)
2 servings
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup orange juice
Place mango, yogurt, and ice in blender, and puree until smooth; add orange juice and blend until mixed. Pour into glasses and serve.
