Orange Fruit Dip

6 oz can frozen OJ concentrate, thawed
1-1/4 c milk
1 (4-serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c sour cream
1 fresh pineapple

Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, and pudding mix. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sour cream and chill at least 2 hours.

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Cut pineapple into chunks, combine with other assorted fruits. Spoon into one of the pineapple shell halves. Spoon the dip into the other half.
