Peach Coffee Cake

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 pounds butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cups milk
1/2 cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
1 small box of vanilla instant pudding
2-3 ripe peaches, peeled and cut


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in butter with fingers and add sugar. Take out 1 cup, and set it aside. Add eggs, one at a time, beat hard. Then add milk, beat. Add oil, beat, add pudding mix, and beat again. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13" pan. Cover the top with cut peaches and press them into the batter. Add cinnamon to crumbs and spread over top of cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour.
