Peach Flips
(Makes 8)

7 medium-size ripe peaches
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Juice of 1 large lime
5 ounces light rum
5 ounces amber rum
Crushed ice


Peel and pit the peaches and cut the flesh into slices. Place all but 8 slices into a large blender, reserving the 8 slices for garnishes. Add the lemonade concentrate, lime juice, rums and ice to the peaches and blend until thick and smooth. Pour the flips into short glass tumblers. Garnish each with a peach slice and serve immediately.
