Pineapple-Banana Cake

3 cups flour
l tsp. baking soda
l tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
l tsp. salt
l-l/2 cups oil
l (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
l-l/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups mashed ripe bananas


Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease a tube pan.

Mix the dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Blend; do not beat. Bake in a greased tube (angel) pan for l hr. 20 minutes (check at one hour) at 350 degrees. Leave it in the pan to cool.

This cake is very dense and moist and freezes very well.
