Pineapple Bake

2 cans (Large) chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 Tbls.flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp melted butter


Preheat oven to 350.

Drain pineapple and reserve 6 to 8 tablespoons juice. Place pineapple in ungreased casserole dish.

Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle with reserved pineapple juice. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake until hot and bubbly. 20-30 minutes.
