Pineapple Cheese Spread 
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened 
1 cup (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 
1/3 cup chopped pecans 
1/4 cup chopped green peppers 
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions 
1 teaspoon Lawrey’s seasoned salt 
In a bowl, place cream cheese; gradually stir in crushed pineapple, pecans, green onion, peppers and salt. Cover and chill for a couple of hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
