Cream Cheese Cake
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
graham cracker shell
1 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat cream cheese and eggs together. Add 1/2 cup sugar, pineapple, salt and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake 20 minutes. Let cool. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top. (optional - sprinkle with nuts). Bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate.
