Pineapple Cream Cheese Dip
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
chopped pecans (1 cup or more makes it tasty, but less could be used)
Cream the cheese; add crushed pineapple and cream together. Stir in the pecans. Serve with party crackers.
