Lime Jello Salad
1 small package lime Jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, don't drain
2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Melt Jello in water. Cool to room temperature. Add undrained pineapple. Mix in cream cheese and whipping cream. Add nuts. Put in Jello mold with hole in center. Serve on lettuce leaves and put mayonnaise in small glass in center.
