Refrigerator Cake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg yolks
2/3 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pound vanilla wafers, crushed
Cream together the first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, except vanilla wafers.
Use 1/2 of wafer crumbs on bottom of 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan. Put creamed pineapple mixture on top and cover with the remaining half of the crushed wafers.
Place in freezer overnight. Cut into squares and serve. Keep stored in freezer. When you double this recipe place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
