Fizzy Raspberry Citrus Iced Tea

3 Constant Comment Orange Spice tea bags
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 orange, thickly sliced
1 lemon, thickly sliced
1/4 to 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 cups boiling water
2 cups soda water (seltzer)
Ice cubes
2 to 3 big sprigs fresh lemon balm, optional

Place tea bags, berries, orange, lemon and sugar in a heatproof pitcher or bowl. Pour in boiling water. Let steep 10 to 15 minutes. Remove tea bags. Let mixture cool to room temperature. If desired, strain out citrus.
Chill tea.

When ready to serve, add soda water; serve in tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lemon balm sprigs.

Yield: 6 cups.
