Raspberry Freeze
1 cup sugar
3 pints raspberries
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Heat sugar and 1 1/4 cups water to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, cook, stirring 1 minute until sugar
disolves completely. Transfer to bowl to cool.
In blender process berries until smooth, pour into sieve over bowl and press puree through. (you should have about 3
cups puree).
Pour into 9"x9" metal pan. Cover and freeze 2 hrs. Stir with fork and freeze 3 hrs/overnight.
To serve let stand 20 min at room temperature, scrape with fork to make texture and serve.
