Fresh Raspberry and Chocolate Tarts
Brush melted chocolate inside small cooked shortcrust pastry tart cases.
Lightly beat mascarpone (cheese) with a sprinkle of castor sugar (optional) and vanilla essence until smooth.
Spoon into tart and top with fresh raspberries and fresh passionfruit.
