2 C. flour
1 1/2 stick margarine
1/2 C. chopped pecans(any kind of nuts)
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners’ sugar
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 pkg. Wick’s Strawberry Glaze
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Soften margarine and mix with flour and nuts. Press into 13x9 pan and bake for about 20 min; set aside.
Soften cream cheese and blend well with sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Spread on cool crust.
Wash strawberries (or you can use frozen) leave whole or slice ; do not sugar. Mix strawberries with 1 pk. of Wick’s strawberry glaze. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Keep refrigerated till ready to use.
