Strawberry Sloe-Gin Fizz Cake

1 package strawberry cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding mix (4-oz.)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup sloe gin
Grated rind of 1 medium lemon
1 package frozen strawberries (10-oz.) -- thawed and mashed
4 eggs

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon sloe gin
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Blend all cake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 F. Cool and remove from pan.

Blend Glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cake.
