1 package of veal-cubed
1 package of beef-cubed
chicken pieces-cubed
medium onion-chopped
crisco
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Trim fat from meat and lightly brown with crisco and onion.

Place meat and onion in crockpot. Add soup and 1 can of water. (Depending on how much meat you have, you might want to add 2 cans of soup, 1 1/2 cans of water)

Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper, cover and cook on low for several hours. When ready to serve, remove juices and add small amount of flour to thicken gravy.

I serve this with the flat egg noodles.

NOTE: You can use one can of golden cream of mushroom and Campbells also makes a beef mushroom, sometimes I use one of each. IF you don't haveor what to use the beef, just add
two beef bouillion cubes for flavor.

They also have a tradition of serving this with fried noodles that is YUMMY. Cook regular spaghetti and drain. In skillet add crisco, when hot pour noodles on top. Beat and egg or two and pour ovre noodles. When the bottom of the noodles are brown, flip over. Noodles should be crusty when ready.. My family loves these with the gravy.
