Garlic Meatballs

Garlic Meatballs: 

1# ground beef; or, your combination of ground meats 
6 fresh small eggs 
4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced 
salt and pepper to taste 

Combine ingredients. Refrigerate till dough is firm. 4 to 6 hrs. Form 2"
balls, (in diameter) fry in a little oil, then either place in a red sauce,
to simmer. Or, put aside, in a warming oven for holding until served. 

optional: Parmesan cheese added to mixture to taste.
