Tomato Pesto
2 small tomatoes, skinned
1 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 Tbs. fresh basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
Puree all ingredients in a food processor, adding olive oil last.
