Polenta with Gorgonzola
Turn hot polenta into a serving dish. Make a depression in the center and fill it with butter and Gorgonzola cheese (3 tablespoons or more butter and 3 to 4 ounces of cheese). Spoon butter and cheese over each serving of polenta.
