  Quick and Easy Recipie for Italian Wedding Soup 

  2 Can College Inn Chicken Broth 
  2 bags Armour Italian Meat balls 
  3 package of Frozen Spinach (leaf not chopped) 
  4 oz Fresh Grated Pamesan Cheese 
  4 oz Fresh Grated Romano Cheese 
  1 tsp garlic poweder 
  1 tsp onion powder 
  2 Eggs 

  Empty College Inn broth into a large soup pan. Bring to a boil. Add the 
meatballs and frozen spinach.. Bring to a second boil. Mix grated cheeses 
with egg, garlic, and onion powders..

  Slowly add Egg and cheese mixture to boiling soup. stir constantly. 
Once all egg/cheese mixture is in, allow to simmer for approximately 30 
minutes. Serve.
