Crockpot Wedding Soup

1/2 lb. each Beef & Veal
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/4 C. Bread Crumbs
Herbs to taste (oregano, parsley, basil, garlic powder)
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan Cheese, to taste
4-6 C. Chicken Broth
1/2 C. Chopped Cooked Chicken
1/4 C. Chopped Celery
1/4 C. Chopped Carrots
1/4 C. Escarole, chopped
2 Bay Leaves
Garlic Powder
Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning
1/4 C. Pastina di Pepe
1/4 C. Grated Romano Cheese


Combine beef and veal, egg, bread crumbs, herbs, salt & pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Form tiny meatballs. Brown in 350ยบ oven for 1/2 hour. Mix together chicken broth, chicken, celery, carrots, escarole, bay leaves, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, and pastina. Cook on low 8 hours.

Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
