Pecan Jam

Equal amounts of finely chopped pecans and white sugar
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon ginger per cup white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar per cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon per cup white sugar, optional
1/2 stick margarine per cup of white sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice per cup of white sugar


Mix ingredients in a sauce pan large enough to hold the quantity you desire. Heat over open flame until all sugar is melted and turns to a light brown. When cool spread on your favorite bread and enjoy your
effort.
